Abstract
Testing of high current DC plants for central office applications to determine compliance with UL temperature rise limits is a challenge. if tested at rated voltage, equipment and utility power requirements are daunting. An alternate low power method for compliance testing is demonstrated for the 10 kA internal bus plant
