Abstract :
In today´s global market, where the concept of super-network is well accepted, it is quite reasonable to assume that members in a supply chain can form a uniform interest community through appropriate coordination mechanisms. Basing on this assumption, we choose profit-maximization of a supply chain alliance as the criterion to analyze the multi-supply chains competition behaviors, and then establish the equilibrium conditions of this system. Nash negotiation model is used to solve the problem of profit division among members within the supply chain. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the rationality of the model.
