Abstract
A knowledge representation framework called BIDDGPO representation method, for the disruption management problems in urban distribution decisions is presented, based on the analysis of the real-time problem-solving process. This knowledge representation framework combines four existing knowledge representation method, hierarchical, state space, procedural, and production rule to represent all knowledge that is needed in the process of real-time disruption management. We use a real-world case, unexpected customer´s increased demand as a disruption to instantiate the proposed method. The proposed method can support different disruption management problems in the way of real-time reasoning and modeling by different contents.
