Abstract :
We have established the techniques of single-molecule imaging and force measurement of various biological samples. By combining these techniques and molecular and cellular biological techniques, we tried to characterize the molecular structure of protein complexes around the nuclear envelope, and the molecular mechanism of protein transport across the nuclear envelope.
