Abstract :
A new technique for designing millimeter-wave 11.25° digital phase shifter circuit is presented. The proposed phase shifter were fabricated using a tandem stubs phase shifter for 11.25° at Ka-band. In the operating frequency from 30GHz to 31GHz, the VS WR of the phase shifter is less than 1.65, the insertion loss is less than 3dB, the phase shift is fixed around 11.25° and its accuracy is up to ±3 °.
