Abstract
This paper describes how significant improvements have been made to power system reliability. In particular, the paper discusses how improved business planning and quality improvement teams are addressing ways of improving power system reliability. The paper describes the areas targeted for improvement and demonstrates how strategies and action plans have been deployed throughout the organisation so that improved system performance is resulting in improved service to the Prospect Electricity utility´s customers
