  • Abstract
    According to collection and analysis of plastic encapsulated MMIC failure cases these years, the main failure mechanisms proportion was calculated statistically. And corresponding preventive measures against failure were presented, which offered valuable data and analysis conclusion for MMIC manufacturers and users.
