Message from Advisory Board Co-Chairs

The SICE Annual Conference is the most important conference of the SICE. Since SICE2002 in Osaka, there has been a concerted effort to make this an internationalized conference. Last year, SICE-ICCAS2006 was the most successfully internationalized SICE Annual Conference. In order to continue this success, two new committees were introduced. Our Advisory Board is one of the new committees. The task of our committee is to continue the tradition of successful SICE Annual Conferences and maintain a good relationship between the Conference and other SICE activities. We hope the SICE Annual Conference presents an overall perspective of the most advanced measurement and control technologies, and that all participants are able to gain useful information and have fruitful discussions.
