Abstract :
This paper describes an automating measurement bench designed and implemented for buck type DC-DC converter. The measurement bench hardware is composed with digital instrument application and computer that is handled by LabVIEW software. Finally, a buck DC-DC converter prototype of Vin=120V~190V, Vout=14V, Io=0~40A is used to test and verify the performance of the complete bench.
