  • Abstract
    There are still some important issues related to the implementation of VAV system. One of the most critical issues is coupling which exists in different control loops of VAV system. To solve this problem, a model of VAV air supply system is established based on ventilation network theory, by which the model predictive control is used to control the VAV air supply system. Simulation results show that the VAV air system employed by this control strategy is very stable and flexible, and air supply system can be ensured timely and accurately. So the control method should be implemented in applications.
