Abstract
Today´s focus is tied to the introduction of XML and Web services and Business Process Management. But to design large and complex business processes requires a language that supports modularization and reuse in a portable manner. This paper outlines an extension to BPML that allows for the definition of sub-processes that can be reused by the BPML process. This paper describes the different kinds of sub-processes and introduces a call activity and a mechanism to be used to call for the sub-process.
