Abstract
This paper introduces a new solid-state application which utilizes the high Bose degeneracy of plasma based X-ray lasers. This study also develops an instrumentation to observe time correlation spectroscopy and two holes spectroscopy of materials such as BaTiO3 and superconducting high TC cuprite. The application of this method could open a new face of the ferroelectrics and highly correlated materials.
