Abstract :
Help desk is generally used for trouble solving scene. But, help desk consumes many working power. We propose machine assisted help desk system for supporting U-learning system. Machine assisted help desk system reduce working power and spreading help desk a help desk down to the environment which can prepare only the smaller working power.
