Abstract :
Mathematics model is usually used in Hardware-In-Loop simulation testing in engineering. In order to improve the limitation of this technology, we utilize the working environment simulation modeling, the real-time test script technology and the data-playback technology to propose a portable data-playback based Hardware-In-Loop simulation testing platform technology for reactive system. It could contain 800 MB data for playback, which were just about 240 minutes flying time of one flight track data. So, it has greatly reduced the actual flight sorties, saved test costs, and shortened the time period of field trials.
