Abstract :
The standard laboratories in most countries always use the calorimeter or micro calorimeter to establish the high frequency and microwave power standard. The calorimeter on power measurement has very strict requirement on environment temperature, measured power leveling, measured time etc. When we measure the microwave power(<;10mW), those condition will be easy satisfaction. But when we measure the power(≥1W), the environment temperature and the load temperature change acutely, the amplifier´s output always wobble, all these condition will affect the accuracy of the power measurement. so the research on microwave power(≥1W) measurement with calorimeter is important. In this paper, we solve the problem in microwave power(≥1W) measurement, and measured the DC/RF substitution efficiency of the calorimeter with our power standard, the results has the reference worth to build our power((≥1W) standard.
