Abstract :
Today is the age of information and telecommunication technology, which is considered the most important pillars for the development and progress of countries. That is why most states employed this technology and developed strategic plans for its investment in all areas through the establishment of the concept “e- government”. In this paper, we study and discuss the concept of e-government, its contents, scope, building requirements and its benefits. Moreover, we demonstrate the analysis and perspective of e-government in the Arab world.
