Abstract :
A new parameter extraction tool is presented. This tool uses fuzzy control techniques. These techniques allow to use expert knowledge about the model behaviour into the parameter extraction method, thus simplifying the task. The procedure is applied to extract the parameters of a compact organic TFT model. Results show the good performance of the procedure in terms of accuracy and computation time
