Abstract :
We describe the implementation of new detection concepts based on highly spatial sampling and noncontact measurements for obtaining tomographic reconstructions of targeted fluorochromes with phantoms and in-vivo. This new approach can enable unprecedented experimental performance and simplicity compared to conventional tomographic systems.
