Abstract :
This article is to explore the impact mechanism of organizational culture on the M&A effectiveness, by the survey of 32 senior managers from the acquiring company. The findings are: organizational culture difference does not deal significantly with the M&A effectiveness, but has the negative influence on the executives organizational commitment; organizational culture identification has a positive influence on M&A effectiveness; most of the senior managers are easy to make the confusion of the culture tolerance and cultural integration involvement.
