Abstract :
The 3rd Annual International IEEE EMBS Special Topic Conference on Microtechnologies in Medicine and Biology hosted an electronic paper submission process for the conference. It was the responsibility of the submitting Author to ensure that the document was viewable and without errors that would prevent the Conference from including the paper in the CD ROM or Print Proceedings. In the event a paper was submitted that could not be viewed or printed properly, the Conference elected to only publish the abstract of the paper in the Proceedings.
