Abstract
The paper analyzes the attributes and properties of the emerging hybrid network. The changes that the hybrid network has brought to information dissemination and the development of the social collective behaviors, as well as the challenges it has imposed on the management of the social clusters are discussed. Reviewing the previous researches based on network technologies, a new paradigm for hybrid network collective behaviors study has been proposed. The paper describes the preliminary framework of the volunteers´ investigation and the queue problem study in Expo for exploiting the inner mechanisms and development laws of the collective behaviors in hybrid network. Primary results and practical suggestions about advancing management for enhancing volunteers´ service quality are provided.
