Abstract :
Based on samples from the Pearl River Delta of China, this paper investigates the relationship social capital, knowledge-sharing and team performance. The result shows that: social capital has positive impact on team performance; social capital has positive impact on knowledge-sharing; knowledge-sharing acts a partly mediator between social capital and team performance. At the end of this paper, we discuss he practical significance of this study, in order to put some suggestions for improving the team performance by social capital management and knowledge-sharing management.
