Abstract :
This paper describes How to design, optimize and approximate a parallel-coupled microstrip bandpass filter for Wireless communication system. The filter is designed and simulate at an operating frequency of 2.4 GHz. The length of resonator is (l = λ / 2 ) and (J) immittance inverters are used to convert a series inductance into an equivalent circuit with shunt capacitance are used to design this filter. The filter is simulated using ADS2005A (Advanced Design System) design software and implemented on substrate material FR4 that has a relative dielectric (εr = 4.4).
