To solve the issue that traditional web visit statistical method in hits as the standard expresses the web visit amount inaccurately, both of the existing methods are analyzed, an improved visit statistical method is put forward. Based on the hits, the time spent on the pages by users is introduced in this paper, merging the two data of statistical methods, and an new quantity combing hits and time spent on pages is designed. This improved method, applied to figure out user´s interest degree, and an improved definition of user´s interest degree is presented. Through experiments, the improved method is indicated more reasonable and effective.
