An education class on design and implementation of an information system in a university and its evaluation

The author has been performing education on design and implementation of an information system in the form of group exercises in a university. He describes the class design, results of three years´ practice, and a learning support system of the exercises. As for the class design, he mainly focuses on team organization to ensure to minimize the difference of ability between teams and interactions between the teacher and the students (introduction of design inspection).
