Abstract :
This paper presents the output voltage regulation stability of the output voltage in a Single Ended Primary Inductor Converter (SEPIC) operating in the continuous conduction mode using a voltage control feedback system. The performance of the developed controller is validated at different working conditions using PSIM simulation software. The results show that the designed controller produced a good output voltage regulation under different operation condition such as varying the input voltage in a wide input range. The efficiency of the designed SEPIC converter is greatly improved and robust to the wide input range typically encountered in space application employing solar energy as the primary source of energy.
