Abstract :
MMS (Modular Measurement System) has addressed industry´s need for downsized, modular instrumentation. It provides high performance at lower life-cycle costs for RF and microwave test equipment. As an established platform for instrument development, MMS provides a low risk, and rapid mechanism for custom ATE as well as offering a wide product base of off-the-shelf test equipment solutions. For the un-initiated, an introduction to MMS is provided and illustrated with the description of a hypothetical ATE system which utilizes MMS, and a Hypothetical MMS instrument development program
