Abstract :
Current mode circuits offer improved performance in terms of high speed, wide bandwidth capability, and low power dissipation. In addition, the elementary analogue signal processing circuits are well established and their design is simple but critical. The motivation for this work is to design and implement a CCII+ using a standard low-cost CMOS technology. Circuit design and simulation results using SPICE for standard 1.2 μm CMOS technology are also presented, analyzed and compared with the experimental results.
