Abstract :
Two current-mode signal processing blocks operating under low power supplies with wide gain bandwidths of over 100 MHz have been presented for use in high speed analog signal processing applications. Wide range gain programmability and high current gain form some of the basic features in the I-to-I (current in-current out) and I-to-V-to-I (current in-voltage out/in-current out) conversion schemes respectively, employed in the proposed implementations. Simulation results justify the operation and high frequency performance of the proposed structures.
