Abstract
In this paper, the design and test of a 4-valued current-mode CMOS standard cell library is presented. A total of five basic elements are presented. These are the switch, constant, current mirror, threshold, and summing node. Using these basic elements, a number of multiple-valued operators are designed and tested. These operators are the min, tsum, and literal. Each of the designed circuits is presented with its complete specifications and HSPICE simulation. Standard cell library layout diagrams are presented with accompanying descriptions for these logic operators.
