  • Abstract
    Congestion control becomes the hot and difficulty issue of the Internet research. XCP provides a joint design of the end systems and the router, decoupling congestion control from bandwidth assignment strategy. However, the simulation experiment indicates VCP protocol have high link usage such as XCP, and it change present protocol a bit. This is helpful to put VCP into practice.
