Abstract :
This paper deals with calculation of all stabilizing first-order controllers for n-th order all poles systems with time delay. First, the admissible range of α1 is obtained with Kharitonov´s lemma. Then, for a fixed value of α1, the (α23) plane is determined by plotting the stability boundary locus. The specialty of the proposed approach lies in the lower complexity of the calculation procedure. Examples are given to illustrate the application of the proposed method.
