Design and implement of network billing system

According to the requirement of network technologies, billing system is more and more important in the network operation system. In this paper we designed a three layer infrastructure from the objective of network billing system, and define the function of every layer. Then we discussed the method and implement of each module in this system, from authentication to accounting, and more detailed access mode, data collection methods, data manipulation, etc. At last, we present a total solution of network integrative billing system. This system is operating in many MANs.
