Abstract :
The reason why only small capacity information can be hidden in DCT domain of image is analyzed, a information hiding algorithm of high capacity for DCT domain is proposed. In our scheme, the uniform spectrum processing is first applied to the original image. Then, a global DCT transformation of the image is finished. Finally, the hidden information is embedded into low frequency DCT coefficients of carrier image, the information embedding is realized by segment quantification, while the original carrier image is unnecessary while hidden information extracting. Experiments indicate that the algorithm proposed in this paper have good imperceptibility and large embedding capacity.
