Abstract :
This paper presents a 135-channel electronic-paper (e-paper) driver IC for electronic shelf label (ESL). The number of stages and the multiple of stage of charge pump are controlled and varied in order to extend a life of battery. And the chip-optimized ready flag scheme for output driving voltage is proposed for low-power consumption.
