  • Abstract
    In this paper, the efficiency and losses of a transformers at different load levels and there comparisons has been analyzed by using different rating of transformers for single phase and three phase for the star rating of transformers by using Dual Criteria Energy Efficiency Method (DCM) [1]. The single phase transformers is analyzed within the rating of 15-167 KVA and three phase transformers is analyzed within the rating of 15 to 1000 KVA ratings. The data of said transformers has been taken from "EATON Distribution-Dry-Type Transformers - Low Voltage [3] and the star ratings of the transformers have been determined using DCM.
