Abstract :
Some digital storage oscilloscopes (DSOs) are lack of system resources, with no supporting operating system, and only require some simple network application functions. In view of these characteristics, the author describes a complete design which can be used in a DSO with no operating system to achieve TCP/IP network communications. The program is based on open source uIP protocol stack, and optimizes it according to the features of the open source uIP protocol stack, and redesigns the network interface chip DM9000A drivers. So it can provide common TCP/IP connectivity without occupying resource and interrupting control (using Polling). Finally the authors cite an example of using a DSO of this module to achieve TCP/IP network communications to prove that this network module can work normally.
