Abstract :
Systems reliability analysis method has a wide application in product reliability analysis. It can describe failure mode of system more clearly. When analyzing product using FMECA method, we often use system reliability analysis method. However, this method has its difficulty to use. As it describes fault in way of function, we should know the system function completely before the analysis. Meanwhile, to collect enough products FMECA reports from product manufacturers is also needed. Based on that, we can carry out the system FMECA. This paper chooses an electronic system of aircraft to illustrate this analysis process, and some discussions are given on FMECA application.
