Abstract :
The evaluation and selection for disposition plans of ex-service equipment is a multipurpose process with abundant uncertain factors. The paper builds up the evaluating index system of disposition plans of ex-service equipment, taking a kind of ex-service mobile kitchen trailer as an example, uses analytic hierarchy process method to give weights to the index system, adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess three disposition plans of the ex-service mobile kitchen trailer. The evaluation results are reasonable and consistent with real disposition work. The paper shows the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is efficient and easy in evaluating disposition plans of ex-service equipment.
