Abstract :
Combined the methods and tools of six sigma and the characteristics of software enterprises, continuous quality improvement is implemented throughout the software development process for high-quality software product. Based on the DMAIC of six sigma improvement, the model of software engineering process is established, in which the design of six sigma is applied to building the model for demand engineering process. The defects are prevented from the design source. The tools and methods of six sigma are applied to discovery and eliminate the defects of software process, which can ensure final quality of the software product. Finally, the case analysis is implemented; the results show that this method is feasible.
