Abstract :
The oxygen saturation (SpO2) has very important significance in medical. But generally the signal-to-noise ratio is relatively low to noninvasive oxygen signals. This gives difficulties to measure oxygen saturation. So denoising is the key pretreatment for measuring. Therefore, in this article we will combine the a-trous algorithm and the Donoho ´s shrinkage method for denoising. The experimental results show that this method excels the traditional methods and Donoho´s shrinkage denoising method, and the signal-to-noise ratio has increased noticeably, simultaneity it also improves the quality of the signal.
