Abstract :
The design of a four band temperature and humidity sounding radiometer has been completed under contract with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). Quasi-optical techniques for band separation and balanced mixer realization were developed and an analysis of reference averaging in the presence of gain fluctuations was conducted.
