Abstract :
In this paper we propose a visualization model of thinking ability based on Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC) by establishing the corresponding relationship between human thinking ability and WISC test projects. Surveys show that most users have difficulty in reading traditional WISC measurement results which are abstract and complicated. To make the measurement results more intuitive to read, we establish a reasonable corresponding relationship between the key points of WISC thinking ability evaluation and visual elements. By combining the information visualization principle and Ostwald color system theory, our model can distinguish the thinking ability elements. Therefore, the way of reading WISC measurement results is changed by different color and other visual elements. The proposed model helps users to understand the WISC measurement results intuitively and quickly, so users can understand their own thinking characteristics effectively.
