Wideband MESFET Microwave Frequency Multiplier
Abstract :
New wideband, high efficiency GaAs MESFETmicrowave multipliers have been investigated at 8 and 12 GHz. These units, for frequency synthesizing and phase-locked source applications require low driving power and have low distortion.
