Abstract
This paper presents a new current control scheme for power amplifiers (PA) with fully digital implementation. It overcomes the bottleneck of limited PA´s output power with great flexibility. The new control strategy-modified predictive control and multilevel topology guarantee high-dynamic and low-harmonics performance. Simulation results show the promising feature of the control strategy. The experimental results confirm the performance of the proposed PA scheme with high power and high fidelity
