Abstract :
This paper develops the method of combined test in maintainability demonstration, using the method of sampling inspection by attributes. Test of maintainability of two critical times can use combined test. In some case of maintenance time test, this method can be used when the distribution of maintenance time (X) is unknown. For example, give some of two key time T1, T2 and relevant α1, β1, α2, β2, as well as require of maintainability. Four steps of method of combined test is: (1) making hypothesis of test; (2) operating procedure and decision rule; (3) sampling characteristic(OC) function. At the end of this paper, a test programme is structured to give an example.
