How to Choose the Supplier in Logistics Outsourcing Based on Membership Degree

With the rapid growth of economy in China development of market globalization, logistics companies spring up like mushrooms. The strategy of logistics outsourcing is adopted by a quantity of companies to transfer the non-core activities to other capabilities enterprises and organizations. It becomes more and more difficult to choose an excellent logistics supplier from so many logistics suppliers. So it is urgent to solve the problem which troubles many companies. This article analyzes the characteristics and elements of supplier evaluation. Then it puts out the main judging index for supplier selecting and provides a method based on the fuzzy appraisal to solve the problem. Finally, the article gives an example to show how to use the model combining theories with practices.
