Abstract :
Equipment quality management planning, controlling and improving are the main contents of equipment quality management job. In order to enhance equipment quality management efficiency, a sort of equipment quality management integrated plan model is presented in this paper. Firstly, the contents of equipment quality management integrated plan are analyzed, concerning of total process integration, total hierarchy integration, and total member integration. Secondly, according as equipment quality management integrated plan principle, equipment quality management integrated plan conceptual model is designed. Lastly, Implement measures of equipment quality management integrated plan are brought forward. The implement flow is as follows, analyzing equipment quality management integrated plan environment on the stratagem and battle level, constructing equipment quality management integrated plan goal system based on QFD (quality function deployment) on the tactics level, and designing equipment quality management integrated plan scheme based on Knowledge-Petri net. This novel equipment quality management plan mode is a new seeking of solving equipment quality management problems effectively.
