Abstract :
When dressing for jigging variability and model uncertainty, jig bed stratification theory analysis and jigging process jigging indoor level height variations were detected. The jigger layered theory analysis of the impact of jig bed layered important factors: stable bed loose, jump in the jigging process and eliminating the indoor level change detection by Pepper + Fuchs ultrasonic sensors and buoys, loosely degree calculating formula expressing the timing bed Porosity, Fuzzy controller design jigger damper, the jigger damper about loose e and loose change in rate ec as the fuzzy controller input and jigging drivers experience introduced the dampers fuzzy controller to form damper fuzzy control rule table by fuzzy controller output on the jigging cycle of change, with the control of the S7-300 digital output of electromagnetic dampers.
