Implementation of coordinating and monitoring the cooperative product design process in Internet

To solve the problem in process monitoring and the deficiencies in dealing with the outburst affairs and suddenness during the cooperative design of virtual enterprise in Internet, an idea of planning totally and decision-making locally for harmonizing and monitoring design process is presented in paper. The technique and method to realize monitoring design process at real time, informing the workflow changes and warning the tasks delay and abnormity are discussed in detail, which provide a efficient way to schedule and management the whole cooperative design process.
